Welcome to our to our family zoo...at least it might be more like watching animals at the zoo for some, as our family life is unique to most. We have have 7 children (6 adopted) and many pets...dogs, cats, and often other small animals.

American version of Injera
Seriously easy Injera. 1. mix ivory teff and water together to a buttermilk consistancy. Levi says that one must smush the flour and water together, rubbing the lumps with their hands to make it smooth. I use my hands it it typically comes out great. Cover lightly with wrap so no little bugs get in but air does. 2. Wait 48 hours and remove the green mold, if you have any ( I did), from the top., 3. Stir 4. Wait another day or two until a brown nasty smelling liquid surfaces on top. Then slowly pour the liquid off and your ready to cook.
I spray my pan with oil and make sure it is nice and evenly heated. It takes a min or two to cook.
