Our story begins kicks off on December 10th, 2000 on the base of Mt. Hood at the ski resort near Government Camp, Oregon.
This was day we were married.
At first it was just Scott, Susan, and Haley...and a cat or two.
We started off by getting some dogs...this was Otis

Then we got Duke
Life with a Newfoundland and Goldendoodle was busy and adventurous, but as the next couple of years progressed other things happened...Susan became sick with breast cancer and during her recovery we met a couple who had traveled to Kazakhstan and adopted three girls, while sharing their story with us, we were able to experience how two people changed the lives of some forgotten children.
