Welcome to our to our family zoo...at least it might be more like watching animals at the zoo for some, as our family life is unique to most. We have have 7 children (6 adopted) and many pets...dogs, cats, and often other small animals.

Thoughts to ponder

The current estimate in Ethiopia is that there are more than 5 million orphans. This is often said to be a conservative estimate. If we remove all adults from Missouri, Kentucky, and Tennessee, we still do not have more than 5 million orphans.

Religion that God our father accepts as pure and faultless is this: to look after orphans and widows in ther distress and to keep oneself from being polluted by the world.

James 1:27, NIV
